Been selling a few headphones now. Sales have been quite good. Made a bit of profit. There are a lot of fakes Monster products online but mine is definitely the real deal. All is imported directly from the united states. My experience being a salesman comes in handy when dealing with customers.

Yesterday General Election marks a very important day. Mr George Yeo and his team has lost Aljunied GRC. It could also means that I will lose my Town Council job. Damn sian... We are going to have a urgent staff meeting tomorrow. I can only hope for the best. Felt pity, since I personally worked for Mr Yeo before.

He is a soft-spoken man, very wise in his replies and patient. Refuse to allow emotions to rule his actions. After working with him on several occasions. He always thank us personally, never once put on air his status as a minister. His concern for the residents of Aljunied is his top priority. Listening to suggestions and think of the feasibly of a suggestion.

During my stint as a property officer, I lost my courage, my charisma and my confidence. My zodiac is a mouse, I am as coward as a mouse now. Running away from explosive situations, disengage in heated argument and it is not my usual style of handling things. I have changed. I'll not say exact for the worse but yet it created a balance in my life. My replies are more tactful, my understanding of the residents' frustration and not everything I need to face it head on.

All I know is about to change...

iPhone 3GS compared to iPod Touch 2G

I'm using my iPhone 3GS (using version 4.2.1) to listen to music most of the time. Recently I just updated my iPod touch 2G to the latest version 4.2.1. Putting the iPod touch and iPhone 3GS side by side I decided to try the sound quality of both devices.

To my surprise the iPod touch actually sounded better. It sounded cleaner and clearer. Soundstage appears to be a little more wider. Clarity is similar to the 3GS, the bass is punchier making the impact deep and nice but width of it is similar to 3GS. The highs and mids appears to be the same. In my opinion the iPod touch is more enjoyable to listen to than my iPhone 3GS.

A short search on google shows that iPod touch 2G is also using wolfson audio chip that most of the mid to high-end MP3 players are using. The 3GS is using a cirrus audio chip commonly found in mobile phones. My only regret is that my iPod touch 2G is only 8GB while the 3GS is 32GB. The music player on the 3GS allows the user to search for the most played songs and also the recent added songs.

My mobile plan is going to end soon. I'm looking at getting Samsung Galaxy S because it is also using a wolfson chip. Sadly I'm unable to test it for myself. Reason being that all demo sets in local store has no music in it. Samsung announced Galaxy S2 in the recent months, I wonder if it has the same audio chip as the Galaxy S. iTunes is such a pain to use, I personally still prefer the old drag and drop style.

PS: I use UE TF10 earphone and my songs are of WAV lossless format, the highest possible quality, ripped from original CDs. No amplifier is used in this test that is because I do not own one.

Brainwavz M2

Finally had the chance 2 try out the Brainwavz M2. I was very busy during these few days. Please pardon me if my review is not good I'm writing it using my mobile phone. Just edited using lappy now. Purchased it through a mass ordering from overseas. Waited one months before it reached my hands.

The packaging was close to perfect. There are 3 pair of silicon tips modeled after the popular Sony hybrid tips. 3 pairs of foams similar to the shure black oliver but the isolation on the black olive is better. 1 shirt clip, 1 black casing n a pair of ear glides. If it comes with a cleaning kit n aeroplane adaptor it'll be perfect. But for the price of S$50 it's already a steal!

Isolation using the silicon tips is only at best, above average. While the foam tips absorb some of the bass and clarity, it does provide some isolation which is better than the silicon tips. I ride the MRT to work so normally on my Astello Radiance+ I need to increase the volume on my iPod Touch up to 75% while if im at home the volume required is only 50%.

With the new M2 the required volume is only 60% on the MRT. The noice isolation is slightly better than the Astello. Still in the process of burning and testing out with different tips.

The build of the wire is good and light weight. It also feels durable. But what I really like most is the bass. It is strong enough and i don't have to "switch on" the EQ to make the bass stand out. However some people might find it too strong for their liking.

This earphones actually significantly enhance the instrumental in the songs. I can hear the guitars, the drums, flute, piano and many more, alot clearer than before. The soundstage is not the best however it's not too bad either. I would say this earphones would be ideal for someone who like techno, instrumental, and bass.

Comparing it to stereo's astello radiance+. I can actually hear the differences. Some of the instruments are clearly n more detailed in the m2. Bass also better. Somehow I feel that the M2 is not for professionals but if the you are looking for fun-listening then the Brainwavz M2 is most suitable.

While I was "patrolling" my precinct, I received a call from SCDF Provost Chia I paused for a moment thinking why would he call me? I answered and he informed me that Major Ng (Commander of the Service & Supply Unit in SCDF HQ) wishes to speak with me.

He told me that he knows I am working with CPG Corps and asked if I'm interested to work with him again he told me he can request for an internal transfer so that I will work in SCDF HQ again and that I'll in charge of the facilities management... I was excited at first but I do not have the confident to do the job yet.

I am honored that after so long he still remembers me. However the decision to leave or stay remains a tough one... After all I just started here not too long again... haiz decisions decisions decisions.

Ever since I started working. Time is really not on my side. There is always seems a lack of time to do something. Some peaceful and smoothing music for my ears is all that I can ask for now. Sigh...

All the gym training and jogging seems to make me a little strong but my weight remains the same. Sigh... so many things to sigh about. When I am studying there are alot of time but very limited money now that I am working there are very limited time.

Age is really catching up on me I can feel it. My feets hurt from prolonged walking. My body is getting old and even through I maybe young at heart or many would put it as childish, very few people understand the need to be content and happy.

Not every thing or every work must be absolutely serious. I choose to look on the bright side of the grimmest of condition and situation. There are times that this characteristic of mine got me out of many difficult situations.

Since it has been so long since i last wrote I dun think anyone is reading my blog. Still this serve as a personal place for my memories. Many happiest, saddest and diffcult times are recorded in here.

This blog may have lost its original purpose of existence but now it serve a new purpose. That is to record my every joy, sorrow, rant, desire and craving. Enjoy the song...

When I am upset... who truly knows and feels it? When she is suffering and in pain. Can I feel her feelings? I seen this movie a long time ago... but till today it still touched my heart...

It's about a girl named Lucy(Drew Barrymore) who suffers from short term memory loss after she was involved in a car accident. Work have been very challenging. In short fucked up... Unreasonable requests are endless. I come to realise that humans are greed fuckhead even if you give them a mansion they will want more. They will fuckin ask question like where is my swimming pool and after you build a swimming pool for them. They will say they want a bar by the pool so you build a bar. Then they will want a jumping board, you build a fuckin jumping board then they will say the swimming pool is too far... they wanna jump into the pool from the 2nd storey of their mansion.

I see this question posted with some regularity in the personals section, so I thought I'd take a minute to explain things to the ladies out there that haven't figured it out.

What happened to all the nice guys?

The answer is simple: you did.

See, if you think back, really hard, you might vaguely remember a Platonic guy pal who always seemed to want to spend time with you. He'd tag along with you when you went shopping, stop by your place for a movie when you were lonely but didn't feel like going out, or even sit there and hold you while you sobbed and told him about how horribly the (other) guy that you were seeing, fucking treated you.

At the time, you probably joked with your girlfriends about how he was a little puppy dog, always following you around, trying to do things to get you to pay attention to him. They probably teased you because they thought he had a crush on you. Given that his behavior was, admittedly, a little pathetic, you vehemently denied having any romantic feelings for him, and buttressed your position by claiming that you were "just friends." Besides, he totally wasn't your type. I mean, he was a little too short, or too bald, or too fat, or too poor, or didn't know how to dress himself, or basically be or do any of the things that your tall, good-looking, fit, rich, stylish boyfriend at the time pulled off with such ease.

Eventually, your Platonic buddy drifted away, as your relationship with the boyfriend got more serious and spending time with this other guy was, admittedly, a little weird, if you werent dating him. More time passed, and the boyfriend eventually cheated on you, or became boring, or you realized that the things that attracted you to him weren't the kinds of things that make for a good, long-term relationship. So, now, you're single again, and after having tried the bar scene for several months having only encountered players and douche bags, you wonder, "What happened to all the nice guys?"

Well, once again, you did.

You ignored the nice guy. You used him for emotional intimacy without reciprocating, in kind, with physical intimacy. You laughed at his consideration and resented his devotion. You valued the aloof boyfriend more than the attentive "just-a-" friend. Eventually, he took the hint and moved on with his life. He probably came to realize, one day, that women aren't really attracted to guys who hold doors open; or make dinners just because; or buy you a Christmas gift that you mentioned, in passing, that you really wanted five months ago; or listen when you're upset; or hold you when you cry. He came to realize that, if he wanted a woman like you, he'd have to act more like the boyfriend that you had. He probably cleaned up his look, started making some money, and generally acted like more of an asshole than he ever wanted to be.

Fact is, now, he's probably getting laid, and in a way, your ultimate rejection of him is to thank for that. And I'm sorry that it took the complete absence of "nice guys" in your life for you to realize that you missed them and wanted them. Most women will only have a handful of nice guys stumble into their lives, if that.

So, if you're looking for a nice guy, here's what you do:

1.) Build a time machine.
2.) Go back a few years and pull your head out of your ass.
3.) Take a look at what's right in front of you and grab ahold of it.

I suppose the other possibility is that you STILL don't really want a nice guy, but you feel the social pressure to at least appear to have matured beyond your infantile taste in men. In which case, you might be in luck, because the nice guy you claim to want has, in reality, shed his nice guy mantle and is out there looking to unleash his cynicism and resentment onto someone just like you.

If you were five years younger.

So, please: either stop misrepresenting what you want, or own up to the fact that you've fucked yourself over. You're getting older, after all. It's time to excise the bullshit and deal with reality. You didn't want a nice guy then, and he certainly doesn't fucking want you, now.

My New EarPhone: Astello Radiance+

Just updated my windows to windows 7 ultimate. It works a lot faster than windows xp. Pretty happy with it so far. Few days ago just hoot-ed a new earphone, read a lot of review abt it and tried it out. Turns out that it is pretty good and value for money considering the price and the sound quality.

I am suppose to be very free since I am clearing my leave but my schedule is fully booked... Just last friday four different group of friends tried to ask me out.

Pretty sad recently I was informed by Sock Huan that I cannot start work, reason being that I am still serving NS despite that I am already clearing my leave by then.

Seriously? Wat am I suppose to do?

I saw my old BRTC camp when I was travelling towards the new BRTC. It bring back memories of a time when I was newly recruited into SCDF. A lot of sadness when I had to leave her and enlist into NS. I still remember the night before I was enlisted.

We were at fisherman's village. A group of us consist of Tong Lee, Zhiming, Waimeng, Peiling, me and her. It was the night I cannot forget. She was very upset that night and I could tell just by looking at her face. This night was 13 June 07 and I was enlisted on 14 June 07.

one missing docket

Back at BRTC, I need to look for my missing docket. Searched high and low but to no avail. So much have changed yet it felt so familiar. SWO Jimmmy called me and instructed me to collect some candle holders on his behalf at CDA.

Memories of CDA flooded in my head. I can still rmb why I wanted to be a Sergeant. The reason why I wanted to endure and go thru so much pain. At that point of time my dad lost his job, I wanted to help and contribute financially to my family so as to lighten their burden.

And another reason was so that I would take her out to have a good time with me. Becos she deserve so much more and better. During those trainings, whenever I am feeling faint and weak. The thought of her gave me the strength and courage to move on and go further.

When u walk away, I count the steps that u take...

Enough of reminisces. I went back to CDA and met alot of old buddies and they are from the same rota la so amazed that sg is so small. Patrick from 18th ERS and Charles and Yu Sheng from Best Denki are in the same Rota. Charles is also Amelia's cousin. Ate my favourite chicken cutet too.

I got a ride from CDA back to HQ. At HQ I went to check with Maj Lim again and report that my docket cannot be found. She told me she will authorise a new docket to be created and that all my leaves to be re-instated. In fact I am getting 15 or 16 days of leaves YEAH!

Then I got a call from Clerk Chia, he informed me that they received a complaint from a member of the public that a SCDF member smokes and litter the area. So Provost Leon and I went to investigate this case. We had to indent a trooper (a type of vehicle) and went to the area to check and actually managed to find the guy.

We wrote down his particular and report to encik this issue. My life in CD is always exciting and new.

Second last week of NS

Today I was instructed to investigate a case of guards playing computer games in our computer system. Discovered the source in under 10 mins. This is getting way too easy. Sigh... Always I am the one checking on others. Maybe one day I will be under investigation instead. Sigh...

My leave have not been approved yet. Haiz... Seri-ous-ly this is irritating the shit outta me. I am bored to death. In the RSM office with nothing to do. Still I gotta be thankfully, at least my remaining NS days is pretty slack. Looks like I gonna hav a word with the assistant director of manpower.

Gotta know a few "cool" colleagues even thru they insulted each other jokingly everyday but life is better becos of them. Chia Boon Hwee, Chia Bing Hong, Leon, Mutafa, Dave, Koh Shuxiong. Oh btw Koh is my friend's sister's bf wat a small world? And we actually worked for the same company b4.

I am trying to format my computer and install the latest version of window 7 I dun know if it works but gonna give it a shot anyway if suay suay cannot start up the revert back to window xp lo. Sometimes one can't help but to wonder wat the hell the people at microsoft are doing? window xp is/was/ and were way more ever stable than window vista.

End of third week in re-enlistment

Taken at dawn just b4 I went to work.

Major Ng looked for me today and instructed me to lead a group of men to create awareness and promote charity drive in camp. Sigh... Why is it that I always get the challenging task?

Many people said my new hair cut sucks... sigh...

Captain Lau informed me to perform ADO duties. My job is basically to supervise the provosts and guards. It should not be difficult for me since I work directly for the RSM.

Starting 1st April, all Civil Defence personnel will be wearing beret instead of the blue ugly looking cap. I for one applause the change. I'll upload more pics when I am free. SO looking forward to GOOD FRIDAY!!! YEAH!

Second week in camp

There is a new guy by the name of Andy Wee joining the guys in General Duties Dept. After a few encounters with him, I realized that he is unique. He learning ability is way slower than any normal human being however surprisingly he managed to complete ITE and got a NITEC Certification.

Seeing that he is very weak physically. I took it upon myself to train him. Anyway I am training the provosts, might as well take in one more. I allowed him be the pacer for the jog. He was jogging very slowly, the rest of the guys have no problem catching up.

After the jog he complained that he was feeling giddy and seeing white. I asked Andy what was wrong and he told me he have not eaten lunch and feeling very hungry. I was angry that he did not inform me that and he should know that eating before exercise is important.

I was worried for him and took him to see the Medical Officer and the officer referred Andy to Changi General Hospital. His parent and I was waiting outside for the doctor to advice us on his condition. We waited for one and half hour and I got pissed off and I just entered the A&E patients' room (since I am wearing uniform)

It turns out that he was under observation only and nobody came out of the A&E room to let us know of the condition. Since all was well the parent and I went back to camp to get Andy's belonging. It was quite late already about 9pm when I stepped out of camp.

On Monday, I received news from Andy's dad that Andy was hospitalized for 3 days and was discharge in the late afternoon that same day. The doctors gave him 15 days of MC. He will be reporting back to camp on 15 Apr... Sigh... If this issue get up to the higher management, they will conduct an investigation on me. Sigh...

The second week was pretty normal, I bring the guys for remedial training every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The RSM rants at defaulters everyday. I am reading books everyday and jogging in the late afternoon. This has become a routine for me already.

However yesterday I was bring a group of guys for training. one of the trainee almost fainted I brought him to see the medical officer and the officer referred him to the hospital for observation. I had to accompany the parent all the way. Sigh... TGIF and this shit have to happen.

Re-enlistment NS days

I ended my first week in NS and already a lot of things happened during this period of time. My NS life is truly exciting.

Day one: I went for two interview and over heard a conversation a captain commented on my education. She said "hey this boy got a diploma in facilities management, it's just what we need. But I was posted to the RSM office. There are some guys going for the interview too they are all privates and I am the only sergeant.

Day two - three: Everyday the RSM is scolding people in his office. He gives the men guard duties or confines them. I had lunch with a Captain. She told me she would like me to be posted to Estate Management Service Dept to help them with Facilities management.

Day four: A fight broke out between the guards. I was instructed to take statements from witnesses and the two guards who fought. Later in the afternoon, the RSM asked me to conduct remedial training (RT) for the provosts. It has been a long time since I jogged so I brought them for a short 2.4km jog around the building in front of the HQ. Went meet my sisters, Jocelyn and Joan for coffee at TCC.

Went to Joan's house to borrow some books and she cooked dinner for me. yum yum. Thank you sister =)

Day five: It's book out day!!! I received news that I might be transferred out... Anyway TGIF I am going out! This marks the end of my NS re-enlistment for the first week. 5 more wks to go!

It's been a while

It's been a while since I blogged. I was super duper busy, but at the same time I am not really studying. I go an exam tmr and I am blogging. Anyway screw it, I planned my NS re-enlistment and even applied for a job in CPG.

I am due to return to my camp on 15 march 2010. Sian but I can't wait to complete it asap. It's left with only 2 mths but I've got like 14 days of leave. The officer also dunno which department to send me to. Meaning my NS is like only 5 weeks.

I went for the second interview with CGP's Managing Director (Facilities Management). They asked a lot of questions some of which I've difficulties answering. On the next day they informed me that they are keen in getting me. Kinda sad because the salary is quite low but better than being jobless.

Spoke to Richard Chang about it and he suggested that we should try it out cause if we dislike it we can resign anyway. He said that the its a big firm and that there are a lot of space to grow there.

Finally I am joining the workforce...

My next roadshow will be at the Harvey Norman warehouse sale. Damn sian... It's near pioneer MRT, the MRT station is not even open yet... WTF?

Few things that people do not know about me;

1.) Attempted to tell a story abt swordfish in front of my ENTIRE primary school and when i tried to speak, nth came out of my mouth... -_-"

2.) I have the movie; Titanic, The Myth, Finding Nemo, over 400 pics and more than 1000 songs in my mobile phone. 0_0

3.) When I was in secondary school, Boyao and Thammara used to write SEX story about animals (oh i almost forget, insects too) and me in my secondary school student handbook. hehe...

4.) Been working as a promoter for VIII fucking years already and counting... (",)

5.) Highest salary ever: $3200 in a mth. It was also the longest working hr: 16 - 18 hrs per day. However, i lost a gf of four yrs tat mth. :"(

6.) some said the most dangerous driver/person in scdf; got crash in pillar of building (lost count how many times alr), fine for illegal parking, speeding record x 2, forging a Major's signature to leave camp (got caught in the act twice), not attending roll-call for 6 mths consecutively and the list goes on...

7.) I can drawing almost/near to anything on ms powerpoint but its a time consuming process... nobody actually believed me on this one... my blogskins are heavily editted by me and sometimes i design my own blogskins to better suit my mood.

8.) I absolutely hate horror movies. I cover my eyes whenever i see the scary parts...

9.) b4 i have the bad habit of scatching my head, i had the bad habit of rubbing my face.

10.) I went into Macdonalds and AFTER a long queue, ordered a KFC fried chicken...

I was stationed at Bugis Sony Style. The sales there was good, I sold 7 notebooks in two days. Normally on average it's about 2 - 3 notebooks per week.

On saturday, a lady and her bf bought the latest high-end compact camera and a netbook. She asked what time I end work and I told her in a few mins time. Then she invited me for supper.

We went to Toa Payoh to meet up with her friends. They ordered chilli crabs, curry crabs and beers. I wanted to drink milk tea as usual but they ordered a beer for me instead. After which they drove me home. I just thank them and left.

I dun even know their names...

Sony Vaio training on wednesday - as if I still need "training"? Hopefully food and drinks are provided.

Later today I will be meeting Qian Hui and Jocelyn for dinner.

Random remark:
I hate them wi a passion - They do not practise wat they preach.

Rebecca called me to inform me that she will assign me to work full-time with Sony Vaio. I was very please to know that however the joy was short-lived...

On the following day, I just received some bad news... My salary and commission is being lowered. Damn turn off la, Sony decided to hire more promoters but at the cost of reducing our salary and commission if we hit the target we will be rewarded with a higher commission.

Damn the asshole that suggested this idea!

On top of that I have been transferred again! And this time to Sony Style at Bugis for this coming Sat and Sun. Next week I'll be transferred to Courts at Toa Payoh. I feel like a traveling promoter. Each week is a different location.

Damn challenging la. Different stores have different promotions and free gifts, even the the method of payment and installment plans are different. *Sigh* :( Here we go again.

Uncle's passing

I just received info that one of my uncle committed suicide. I understand from my mum that his health was in terrible condition and it was only matter of time when he will leave us. Nobody thought that he would choose death as an easier way out of his suffering.

First birthday present received

I went pawning with Jason, Peiling and Zhiming. Okay I gotta admit it was pretty fun. There were times that we used our hands to dip into the pond to catch pawns that swam too close to the edge of the pond.

If you noticed that in all of the pictures the pawn is actually the same pawn. It was the biggest pawn that we caught, so each of us took turns to snap a photo with it. In which after the photo taking session it was barbecued. Poor pawn, it tasted good though.

Yanyu, Jianwen, Cheryl and I went shopping at Ion. Then we saw this pant, it was labelled DANNY; loose, tapered leg.

After shopping we went to eat steamboat at Novena. The meat balls and fish balls was over cooked and was bloated to twice the original size!

The earliest birthday present I have ever received. She was also the first person to give me a present this year. A gold watch not exactly rose-gold but who cares, I love it alot alot alot. This gal is none other than my beloved sister, Thng Qian Hui!! I wish u well for your learning trip in China. And may you have many sweet moments with your bf. =)

Sony Cameras - Comex 2009

During the Comex show, I was disappointed with a few things. In the promoters' name list, my name was hand-written on it. It only means that I was added after they have exhausted all the possible efforts of getting other promoters.

Where else in Samsung, I was selected to work and not a "reserve promoter". Maybe next time around I will look for my friends in Sony Vaio. I am sure I will not be a replacement promoter there. Terribly disappointed.

Second day I was assigned by Jonathan (Person-in-charge) to supervise 9 promoters on the floor while he and Seng Kang will supervise the booths. If the promoters need to use toilet or to go for a smoke break they must seek my permission (Felt like we are dealing with young children here).

Also I need to help the promoters regarding challenging questions posed by difficult customers. Despite the fact that I am also a normal part timer just like any one of them and not a senior staff maybe it was because I am older. This greatly affected my sale figures that day. I was dishearten. *sigh*

Third and fourth day was the best. Sales was pretty good and they informed us that we managed to hit the targeted sales however the handycam dept failed miserably. I guessed it's safe to say that we get a higher commission but without the dinner and dance.

I am sick and tired of sales. Faking a smile every time I see a customer, appearing to be helpful, tirelessly explaining every functions and its uses, telling lies in every sales, closing the deal with smile and thanking the customer gratefully... But it's the only thing I know how to do...

Zhiming brought me to a restaurant in orchard. It is called the Yakitori restaurant located at the fifth level of Far East Plaza. It was uber super duper nice. Normally I detest vegetables but they managed to make it taste so good that I cannot wait to feast at the restaurant again. However it was kinda expensive for a student like me. Two of us spent a total of $80+ dollars.

When you eat the food there, it will totally change your perspective of Japanese food. There is a wide variety of Yakitori. Yakitori is actually the meat or food on a stick. I ate a lady finger wrapped around by a layer of meat and it was damn good!

We were playing games at Joshua's new opened pub at Chinatown called the KRUGER. We went there to hang out and basically to have fun =)

We had a great time. Have not had so much laughter for quite some time already.
At the very last minute I decided to switch company and work for Sony Digital Camera. Basically I believe that I will get a better salary than working for Samsung laptop. However this caused my agent to be very unhappy about my decision to switch. Sigh I need to progress and that means working for whoever pays me better.

On my way to the Sony camera training, I saw a girl, the reason why I noticed her was because she was carry a haversack and it was kinda weird because I have not seen a girl carrying a haversack for quite some time already.

She sat beside me at the bus stop and we boarded the same bus. It was a double decker bus and when I was going up to the second level. Our hands accidentally touched. It was nothing actually. She alighted one stop before me.

I went to look for DForce, the company that I will be working for during the Comex show. I went up to the office and there she was. The very same girl. What a coincidence? And not only that we are colleagues, we are also working on the same level doing Sony Digital Cameras (there are other brands as well).

After chatting with her, I understand that she was from SP too and she just got back from the UK after finishing her degree there. Frankly I was impressed. And she speaks with a damn cool english essence. I figured that DForce hires alot of pretty and young female promoters and this time around its the same thing. *Smiles*

The boss told us that the target is 2 million dollar in sales and if we are able to hit that target there will be dinner and dance party and the bill is on the company. Woohoo! sounds good but how true will it be?

I will be working for Sony Vaio in Courts from Fri - Sun at Causeway point. Damn sian... I intended to format my com and maybe go jogging on Fri and now I need to go to work. Hopefully I get to see some old colleagues of mine at Courts. When you are in the sales line long enough, everywhere or more specifically every electrical / IT departmental store that you go. You will see a familiar face. It happens to me all the time.

Sometimes I do not know which brand I am actually working for. There are times in which I am confused myself. It's either Samsung or Sony. Now I am trying to take up Singtel MIO too. There is a training tomorrow, I think I’ll check it out. Alot of working and no time... FYP still hanging in the air, dunno when it will be completed.

IT show is on 10 Sep - 13 Sep during this period of time I have been sent by agent to sell Samsung notebooks and netbooks. Sigh this is going to be difficult to sell. Nevertheless I shall try my best... Hopefully sales is going to better than when I am in those stores in Funan and Sim Lim.

I neglected so many of my friends during my examination period, trying to manage my time better so as to go out with them. Anybody who wants to go to the gym please ask me along too. I am put on weight. Really need to cut down on eating too much. Sigh I am just too greedy when it comes to good foods.

These days my location of work is very unstable. I am transferred to different roadshow. This week I am stationed at West Mall which is very far from where my home is. At least my colleagues are uber friendly, very talkative, hyper active and as young as 17 yrs old only.

Sale is super lousy I managed to sell only 1 Sony Vaio Netbook. This coming IT show sucks, it appears that I will be working for Digital Asia selling LG netbooks and laptops. Low salary & low commission. Damn unhappy over it. Sigh...

I have been working in Megatex at Expo for Sony Vaio. Ironic isn't it? Just last weekend I am still a Samsung laptop promoter and this week I hopped over to Sony. In just 3 days I managed to sell 23 Sony Vaio, four sets lesser than the top salesman who worked 1 day more than me.

However courts staff's attitude was fucked up. Their purpose is to promote their courts extended warranty which cost $272 but whenever customers decline to purchase it their face turned "black", displaying the unwillingness to assist the customers further. Even the customers feedback to me and told me that they refuse to purchase it because of their tone when speaking to customers.

Not all customers are very good either. I come to realize that Indian customers (no offense to our Indian friends) they like to tell salesman that they are buying 5 sets or more and what is the best price we can offer them. After we give them the best offer they will say they will buy 1 set first then come back and purchase the rest of the 4 sets but in the end they will not return.

There were a lot of nice customers. In fact most of the my customers are return customers. They introduced their friends to buy from me too. Every time I worked in a roadshow I see many familiar faces. We see one another so often we just smile and chat as through we were friends for a long time. I think I've been in sales for too long already...

As always I made a lot of new friends, exchanged contact numbers and hoped to see each other in our next IT fair. I got approached by a few persons offering a job in their company including Sony Vaio's manager, Sony Cyber-shot's agent and Samsung Laptop's distributor. Some customers also asked for my contact to keep in touch.

I am honored but deep inside whenever someone approached me with this kind of proposal I felt upset and disappointed in myself. Is that all to me? Being a promoter? a salesman? Am I going to be in sales forever? Cause the truth is I do NOT want to be in sales for my career.

However, it is the one thing that I excel in.

Today I received a call from singtel. She introduced herself as Angie. She said that I was one of the top 10 music downloaders of Singtel AMPed and that I won 2 Lady Gaga concert tickets worth $190. The event will be held at Fort Canning Park, 8pm. Expected crowd turnout to be at least 10,000 spectators.

Then it struck me, who am i purpose to ask along? My heart sank. I realised my life is pathetic I got nobody to ask along... Maybe that is why Yan Yu longs for a girlfriend. I got nobody to turn to? What a fucking joke?

Maybe that is the same reason why imaginary beings called god exists. People who have nobody to turn to and thus they used their imagination to create some kind of all loving and compassionate companion. Someone to watch over them. They feel safer, it gives they a sense of security. Fuck man.

I am so going to do the same for my wedding! These days I am on the happier side. I guess I already ease my grip on certain things or maybe I just gave up already. Whichever it is I am just feel more comfortable now.

This year and last year was the most number of times I attended weddings. People around me are all getting married. All weddings are so happy and so much fun. Everybody looking forward to it. The atmosphere was fantastic.

Some people just want to get a girlfriend or boyfriend for the sake of getting into a relationship. But what they are really want (or addicted to) is the sweet feeling of being in "love". Or they just seek a companion (not soulmate).

The concept of having a partner is a like a feeling of belong or ownership of a pet. (That is where the term "puppy love" was derived from anyway). They are not in love with their partners but simply just crave that feeling. Which is a big mistake.

More than often I see this happening within my social circle. I can't help but to feel sad for their partners. They have no idea what they are getting into. And that the feelings for them are just superficial. "I love you" is confused with "I want you" and not "I need you".

Does anyone remember what Cinderalla asked the prince? "Do you love me because I am beautiful, or am I beautiful because you love me?" Some people cannot difference it. Are they inmatured, naive or simply couldn't care less? I don't know...

Yesterday I was laughed at by a bunch younger girls. They are the girls from SP dragon boat club. I finished training at the gym but I was feeling that I got some strength left so I took a 4kg dumbbell and start training my biceps.

I began lifting it slowly and kept it that way because it was supposed to be more effective than the usual normal speed training. From the side of the eyes I could see them, I knew they were observing me. When I started lifting the weights they were giggling at me.

These kids have no respect for seniors these days... *Sigh*

I just received last minute details that I got transfered to Tampines One Challenger. Sian... It is damn far from my house and that was one of the reasons why I resigned from Giant at Tampines. Now I am back to square one and not to mention that my salary is PATHETIC!

If not for the fact that I need an income. I would gladly quit my job too. The long distance needed for traveling to work in addition to my low salary and stacking projects and tutorials. I wonder how am I going to manage all this.

This is for a close acquaintance of mine. I hope you know who you are. Something are just plain cold hard facts and no matter what do you or how good you may have done it. It is just futile and I already do not know how to persuade you around.

Finally I started working again. This time as a Samsung laptop promoter for @Notebook.com at Funan IT mall. I think I am the only Singaporean in the entire store. Most of them seems to be Malaysians. My colleague Ah Keat seems to be most friendly towards me.

I think Samsung laptop isn't very popular. For the last two working days I did not managed to sell any set. *sigh* damn sad... I am trying my best already I think I am rusty these days. Anyway my salary is pathetic.

Today a girl approached me and she began by asking my age, my name and if I am a Singaporean and etc. Then she introduce herself and told me to contact her if I am interested in being a model for like advertisements, events, and magazines.

I wanted to laugh out loud! I am fat, old, not to mention not good looking and still she ask me if I am interested? Weird... I am honored anyway but I told her I am interested in events for time being and that she could call me if she needs my service.

As usual, I was nominated class representative, my classmates sabotaged me some time ago but it was not so bad considering that I get to go for award and prize presentation every year.

This year is no exception. There will be food and drink plus I get my certificate of appreciation again! Not bad for being class representative for 3 consecutive years.

I love the new movie "Transformer 2: Revenge of the Fallen" It was uber cool. The fight scenes, the hot girl, the action and all.

I spoke with my dad about my future career and discovered that all along he do not think highly of me. He told me that I will not be able to handle the job as a project manager. I wonder if he is right. It makes me want to try it out even more.

N86 Review

Before I bought this phone I did my fair share of research and my choices was down to Nokia N86 & SE W995. The price of both mobile phone is almost identical (W995 retailing at $468 and N86 at $488. It is about S$20 difference) except that W995 is a music phone and N86 is a camera phone.

I got the Nokia N86 black color. I was hoping to get the white color one but my Singtel voucher expires the following day. So i cannot delay any longer. I just got this phone for 1 day... And i can already concluded that this is one of the best nokia phone i have ever used.

The slider is smooth and without any wobbly or shaky feeling. Material used seem to be of better quality than any nokia phones i used. I guess a considerable amount of effort (and money) have gone into the type of material used and the design of it.

SMS is easy and fast. In my opinion i like the "space button" in the bottom center of the keypad due to the fact that I have big thumbs. Pressing the "space button" in the bottom center of the keypad is easier for me. The User interface may not be something new but i like it the way it is. Call quality is good and crystal clear.

The pics taken is sharp (but lack in details) and i must highlight that the color rendition is very accurate. However the camera button is difficult to press. As in when you want to snap a photo, the auto focus is hold at half press and the actual photo shot would require the user to fully press the camera button all the way down (given my experience with different types of cameras and camera-phone this feels uncomfortable to full press).

Sound on headphone is awesome almost as good as my iPod Touch (2nd gen) But the speaker is not as good. Any volume above 70% is not very clear. Ring tone is very loud though.

The screen is very bright and clear even under direct sunlight. I personally love a few themes that I downloaded on the Internet.

The phone lags abit when zooming in and out of photos, but i can live with that so far i have not encounter any major issues yet. (cross my finger) I hope I have none :D

On tuesday, David from Henca called me and told me that he had arranged for me to have an interview with the Samsung sales representatives. He explained that Samsung is going to launch their new laptops in Singapore market and they are in need of experienced promoters.

He said that the interview is on Saturday 10am if there is any change he will inform me again. On Tuesday night I received an SMS from David clearly stating that the meeting is at 3.30pm and that he will meet me at Samsung Hub lift lobby.

On Wednesday during lesson Qian Hui invited me for dinner with her and that it will be a treat from her. Being a glutton for food, of course I had to go. On my way there David called me and asked where I am as he already reached Samsung Hub. I was shocked. I told him “I thought the interview is on Saturday?” He explained that he SMSed me that it is on the Wednesday 3.30pm.

I explained that I am meeting someone else already so I cannot go for that interview. Judging from his tone, I can sense that he was pissed at me. He told me that he will try and ask the interviewers for another interview session. I am also upset that such a minor miscommunication could leave me unemployed.

Little did I think, the interviewers called me and told me they are going to interview me through the phone. Now that is something new! So I was interviewed through the phone and they informed me that if I get selected they will let me know. I thought to myself that I got no chance anymore.

Thanks to Cheryl for recommending the mango sauce cheese baked rice. It was godlike. Yummy! And I owe Qian Hui big time. Not only she treated me to dinner and also helps out in snapping tons of photos for my Final Year Project. We took over a hundred shots. Sister I owe you one treat.

Updated today: I got selected for the Samsung job. YEAH!

I got a new mobile phone today and I love it very very much despite the fact that many people commented that it looked very ugly but I decided that "what is looks without brains?". It is a smartphone, smarter than it's owner.

I was walking down orchard road then I saw this lady walking towards my direction. The reason why I took notice of her is because she was dressed very skimpy. Showing off her lean and athletic figure. I guess I looked longer than I should.

Holiday does not feels like holiday at all. We have been busy with Final Year Project, IT term and IT Project. *Sigh* So many things to do so little time. Once again I would like to request people to respect my decision for not going out and hanging with you guys.

Almost just right after my term test. I found my new love, her name is Pei Pei. I am so in love her even through I have known her in less than 24 hours but she totally blown off my mind and stole my heart. I never felt so strongly for another. Number 1 threat

I have been seeing my ex-classmates and ex-colleagues when I am outside, at orchard road or at shopping malls but I refuse to call out to them. At times I just don't feel like talking about the past and catching up with them. I don't know how to describe the feeling too.

Both Qian Hui and Stephanie came to my home yesterday. Qian Hui came to do her project and Stephanie just wants to hang out. One year ago we were just colleagues. Nowadays we are seeing each other once a week.

I officially declare Thng Qian Hui as my number 1 threat. This girl somehow managed to make my mum commented that her thinking is matured for her age, is slim looking and smart.

Also she chatted with my mum (what more it's over coffee) for 2hrs from 6am to 8am in the morning. And also my mum told her a lot of things not even my closest friends know about. Therefore she is a danger and threat to me.

Qian Hui, you better ask your bf to protect you before I hunt you down! Aarrrgghh!

yesterday and today

Yesterday was a long night, I went to assist Qian Hui with her projects at her place. Her parent treated me with warm hospitality. Her mother even dished some of her 拿手好菜. Fried chicken, steamed chicken and sweet and sour pork.

After a whole night helping Qian Hui with her projects. The following day, Wei Sheng and I chilled out at Yanyu's place. We watched a few great shows together, munched on snacks and played games.

Everything was cool until we got locked in Yan Yu's sister's bedroom. In the end we called the locksmith to unlock the door for us. That was so uncool.

Congrats to Lin Meiqin who is getting married and having her wedding dinner this 31 may 2009. All of sudden my social circle seems to be very large or maybe it is large just that I do not realise it. I need to appreciate my friends more.

Wednesday is sports day

Every Wednesday is sports day. Today we went jogging at the school stadium, did some chin ups and the guys got bored and started using water to splash each other. Then went to play basketball.

I got owned by Jianwen. He is exceptionally tall. Whenever I approached the basket trying to score a goal. He would pull the basketball down, ruining my chance. Everybody laugh at me each time he did it.

Before we went to change and shower Jun Jie and Jianwen dragged and threw me into the swimming pool. The life guard remanded us that we are not suppose to do that. I don't have a spare underwear to change so i only wore my pant and went home (embarrassing, yeah I know).

It was a great day. We all went back happy...

A lovely girl

Today I went to meet a lovely girl at the east coast park. The reason why she was lovely is because she brought chocolate cookies for me. I had calls from Alick, Daxiong, Stephanie, Jason, Amelia and Zhiming, asking me where and who am I with.

However we cannot reveal her identity. Ever through some of you guys already knew it, kindly keep it to yourselves. Domo arigato gosai mas. We went to revise / do our school work. She got bored of her school work and offered to assist me in report writing.

I think i kinda sucked at report writing and did it pretty badly, it was nice of her to correct my English in report writing :P In the end we chatted for quite some time. During our ride home we saw two guys behaving weirdly they were lying on each others' shoulders from time to time.

To the lovely girl, thanks for encouraging me! your words meant a lot. After getting to know her better, I am amazed that looks can be deceiving (she got the wild looks) she is a lot more caring and demure than she looks. A very helpful gal, very intelligent and surprisingly good EQ as well.

Hen's Nite Party

We have not one but TWO hens with us last night! Namely Shi Hui and Meiqin, congrats to our bride-to-be. We reached St James Power Station like 9pm to avoid the cover charge, long queue and to get a table for ourselves.

It is a tradition that the gals have to give out kisses to any guy she chooses. There were also other girls that were celebrating hen's nite, I have been kissed like three times, hugged like four times, some guys already lost count.

There was a live band the lead singer is gay, he was groping any guy he could get his hands on. We opened like 4 bottle of hard liquors. Drank till drunk and then drink again with endless dancing and games. Partied till 3am in the morning.

Some of us could barely stand still and had to be helped out of the club. We have never seen the girls so wild and crazy before. It was a night to remember. Many ex-secondary classmates turned up to celebrate together.

Sis Jocelyn's birthday

Frankly I thought going to Jocelyn’s birthday party was going to be peaceful and quiet because I only know Jocelyn, Jolie and Stephanie. However my dearest sister Jocelyn's birthday was nothing short of fun & laughter.

We played games, go for walks, eat foods, talk nonsense and watched TV together.

Priscilla, Shelly, Stephanie and Qian Hui is four girls that I will not forget for some time to come. Reason being was that all four of them drew and wrote their names and initials on my arms! As usual I am the most matured among them. With their total average age at 18 yrs old.

The good part was I get to draw on them back too. And the fact that we only knew each other for like barely a few hours makes it even more amazing that we managed to click well, entertained ourselves and had a lot of fun together.

The best part is we had nothing in common except that we are still studying and worked at the IT show together(but did not get the chance to chat).We snapped a lot of photos together and somehow the girls managed to pushed me into the swimming pool.

Jolie and Fu Sheng also very sporty and jumped into the pool themselves. We played till like 3am in the morning then went home. I got to go swimming with Alick now. Bye.

Today I was waving to Ping Sian who was across food court 3 and there was this Malay dude wearing the same SP shirt as I am thought I was waving at him. Then he signalled to me if I was waving at him. All three group (My group, the Malay guy's group and Ping Sian' classmates) of us were laughing at our little incident.

ZHSS Chalet

Many many years ago
It was a fun –filled weekend we had a chalet at Changi. It was organized by Daxiong. Thanks to him we get to play chat and bonded as a class once again. It has been 13 years already and we met a few classmates that we thought we would almost never see again, since we are always busy.

We were playing PS3 games and barbering chicken wings and hot dogs. At night we talk about intimate stuff in the rooms. A lot of secrets were shared. And since we had a great time together, we are organizing a clubbing session together next week.

As expected we bonded extremely well and there were a lot of laughers. I can’t wait for the next outing together.

Farewell my colleagues

Farewell to my colleagues at Huason Construction.

Its been great working with them. They organised a 8 dishes (including crabs, whole fish, Pig leg & etc) farewell dinner for me (maybe they are celebrating the fact that I am going to be gone :x) Regardless I am touched at their kind gesture. I had to return the favor and bought some donuts and beers for my mentors.

The managing director reminded me to find him after I graduated. I really hoped to return someday as a permanent staff.

Starting this Monday it's back to school for everybody. Good news is I am starting to go out with friends again. Bad news is its taking a toll in my pocket. I will be meeting a bunch of new classmates. Who knows what year three is going to be like?

Oops! I am late, suppose to meet Jean and Zhiming for shopping. Tata.

The good, the bad & the ugly

The good news is my Managing Director offered me a position as a Quantity Surveyor(QS) and to join the company's family when I graduate. In which I replied that I will graduate a year later and told him I wanted to major in Facilities Management(FM). He said "... you consider about it first..."

He also informed me to attend the tender interview with him and kelvin who is the QS also doing the ION Orchard: Food Republic project with me. Frankly I was honored to have been offered a job just one month into ITP. (Even through I hate it when I was doing general housekeeping.)

The bad news is I just gotten the result for my course option. Nobody could not have guessed it. I did not make it to FM. I gotten QS instead in which I cannot help but wonder if my managing director pulled any strings because a few of my lecturers is his ex-classmates.

The ugly is me. I need a good rest. For the past few weekends I have been working as well. Best Denki has certainly changed after I was gone. My colleague Jack was hospitalise after a relapse of stroke. I hope he gets better. Recently I was avoiding any kind of social activity. Pretty much anti-social already which kinda affect my sales performances.

In the past when I started working I used to be one of the youngest promoters. Times have certainly changed. During the recent IT show I was the oldest promoter, I see young chaps and gals they are like 17 - 20 years old.

*sigh I totally cannot blend in anymore. Don't have the energy and youth to play along already. They are like so hyper and I am too reserved. These days kids are very intelligent and street smart too. Old man like me can no longer compete.

Life's been very peacefully. I do enjoy the serenity but also felt something missing in my life. Everyday work and after work I just go home. Don't even feel like going out. Guys please don't bother to call me at all.

For the whole of this week, I have been working like a bangala worker. Cleaning up my office, fixing computers, sorting out books and erecting partitions for new cubicles are just part of my ITP. Felt exploited to work for low wages. Basically we are cheap labours.

Only today my manager asked me to meet him, I thought it was another one of the dirty job but he told me I'll be handling a McDonald outlet project all by myself and the location is Changi Airport. NOW that is more like it!

He told me that the airport project will be more challenging due alot of sensitive issues. And very often we cannot work during the day because of the crowd thus we will be working at night. I guess I'll be very busy again...

ITP so far

For the few days I have been calling for quotations, drafting the bill of quantities, meeting suppliers and contractors and comparing prices. Finally when I got the best price at $19,800 I went to submit to my manager and he was quite please with my result.

30 minutes later he asked me to pass a statement of account to the admin staff for her draft out and issue to our client. On my way there I took a look at the statement of account. The description was written similar to those of the bill of quantities that I wrote, only than he edited it a bit and it was in point form.

However the price that was billed to the client was $36,000 so the company made a gross profit of $16,200 for doing nothing but asking me to source for contractors and my salary is like $440? So after deducting my salary they made a net profit of $15,760.

I kinda felt left out. Maybe they should have a commission scheme. Let us earn some incentives too. No matter what I am just a student and even if they take full advantage of me there is nothing I can do about it. I guess my mentally is still pretty much of a salesman.

I must say my manager treated me pretty well too. Always treating me milk tea and talking about work related issues hoping than I could learn something from him and showing me the construction site. Meeting with the architects and engineers, discussing the strengths and weakness of different materials.

Everything was great. I only hope for a better salary. :)

ITP @ Huason Construction Pte Ltd

I am serving my ITP at Huason Construction Pte Ltd. Yes, I used the word “serving” because it is exploiting us. We are required to perform a lot of tasks. While some of us had nothing to do at all. I arrived early and this is what the entrance of Huason Construction looks like;

There are a lot of flower stands outside congratulating Huason for achieving the BizSAFE certificate. From the outside it looks not bad; seems like a well established construction company. I was early and was the only one there. Then a colleague came to unlock the doors.

Inside looks horrible. It looks like a storage area with all the materials lying around and barely had any space for office work. My colleague appears to be well dressed but the environment does not seem fitting for an office outfit.

Thank goodness the office is bigger than I thought. The financial controller explained to me that they are currently in the process of expanding the company thus a lot of metals, materials and equipment in the office.

The first day they requested me to do Quantity Surveying, a module that I am not well verse in, in the first place. Fortunately for me it was just basic roofing works of a single storey building.

When I first saw the drawings and layout I thought it looked familiar and guess what? It was for AMK Park McDonalds. It is the place where Jianwen, Yanyu, Jun Jie and I used to go to study for semester exams.

The next day they wanted me to invite contractors to quote for the roofing work project. So I had access to their computers, emails and telephone. While waiting for the contractors to quote I took the chance to take a look at their email contents.

Then I saw a familiar email address; judging from the content and names; I realized that actually my Managing Director is my lecturer Richard Chang’s ex-classmates. And that their class representative is Daniel Tan, Section Head of Civil Engineering!

What a small world!

Batam

Year two zero zero nine is not over and I can already concluded that we watched the best movie of the year – Slumdog Millionaire and had the best time of the year with my ex-secondary classmates, Boyao, Chia Chin, Liping, Jye Yng, Joshua (Joshua is not exactly my ex classmates but I consider him a friend too.) and myself (as if we don't know).

We went for a two days one night trip to Batam. Our ferry there took an hour and on our way there. We cracked jokes, talk cock and had a lot of “matured” discussion. We promised each other that whatever happens in Batam remains in Batam. Oops~

Everything there was definitely more worthy to buy than in Singapore. It was also my first time having massage service. Two hours of Bali traditional massage and a free transport to a nearby food center only costs S$20. Where can anyone get it at such a price in Sg?

While we were in Batam we were like millionaires. Technically speaking, we were. The exchange rate is S$1 to Indonesia Rupiah $7700 so S$100 is equivalent to $770,000 rupiah. Prices of things in Batam is cheaper but most of the branded goods are fakes. No doubt they are fakes, we got to admit that these bags and wallets are so well manufactured that they looked like the real stuff.

On the last day when we were returning to Singapore by ferry, Boyao’s phone rang and he answered it at the ferry terminal. Unknowingly that mobile phone are not allowed to be used in the ferry terminal. The immigration officer saw it and holds on to his passport and refuse to return it to him.

At first we were puzzled why the officer only told him to wait. Then when they finally returned his passport, another guy who was with the immigration officer informed Boyao that he is not allowed to use mobile phone in the ferry terminal and there was a signage erected to display it.

In my opinion, the signage was pathetically “misplaced” because it was just hung below the desk of the immigrant where most of us would have overlooked that area. Where else in Singapore the signage is clearly displayed at different areas to warn us not to use mobile phones in the area where passports are needed to clear immigration.

Anyway that immigration officer is an asshole for making us all wait like 15 – 20 mins. We snapped a lot of photos and had so much fun together. Pity we could not go swimming due to time constraint. I can’t wait to show everybody the photos. Uploading in progress.

Big Mistake

I used to think that my brother's mentally toward his classmates are wrong. He choose to be self-centered and help only those who helped him. And in time his results are better than most. He strongly believes in his way of handling people is "right"

I guess he somehow disagree with me about how I treated my classmates so well and all. With me being the class Representative I organised BBQ and chalet for them every single time. How "well" we clicked as a class.

Today I am treated as a fool by my clasmates. I organised a BBQ and only Jianwen, Rahman, Yanyu, cheryl turned up. The rest did not even at least have the basic courtesy to inform me that they are not coming I am extremely disappointed and angry that nobody said anything.

That morning we had building science II year 2 final paper the night before I took additional precaution to check if everything was in place for the BBQ instead of studying and begin studying only in the late afternoon.

Everybody j-u-s-t take it as it was my fcuking responsibility and duty to serve as class representative. And since I do not get angry easily it does not matter not to inform me at all.

And since we are spliting class in year 3 all the more it does not matter. Also that fact that since all the money was coming from class funds it does not matter if they turn up or not.

Lesson learnt: I should not organise any more fcuking class event.

I guess I am just plain stupid for being so nice to everybody. I will forgive but never forget. Just like my brother did. It took me so long to finally understand his pain.

Final Paper

Previously I could not blog for awhile due to my exams. At last we are down to our 6th and also our final paper. Building Science II will be our killer paper. Recently everyone around me is being emo. I don't why too. I guess it could be due to exam stress.

I hated those assholes who make use of people and after using them, kicked them aside. Maintaining their so called "friendship" solely for that purpose. Then when they don't need their friends' help, they will not contact them at all. I hate you ASSHOLES!

I am no longer working in Plaza Singapura Best Denki! I think it's a blessing to be able to concentrate on my studies however with the absent of my income, I need to watch my spending. So people don't ask me out! (unless you intend to treat me :P)

Yan Yu and I need one more team member for our Final Year Project. Any takers? An interview will be conducted by yyu and myself at anytime slot available to our preference. Kindly notify us before 7th of March which is the last day of submission.

DPFM/2A/21 Class BBQ will be postponed to Thursday (26th) of the last week of February which also our fall on the day which we are taking our last paper (Building Science II) Anybody cannot make it kindly let me know asap (Attendance is compulsory!)

Zhiming, I am sorry I have not been able to go out with you because of my semester examinations. There is so much to do yet so little time. I guess we all have our own issues. Thank you for being so understanding.

I went to watch Slumdog Millionaire with Chia Chin & Boyao on valentine's day. It was a Hindi movie. Hell it was better than we thought it was the best movie I've seen since 2008. After that We chat till like 2.30am in the morning and reached home at about 3am. Damn shag.

Happy Chinese Year to all...

It's been quite a while since I find the need to blog. Things have not been pleasant. Chinese New Year is here but I do not feel the CNY mood. I am searching for some peace and quiet moments. I would really like to be left alone.

My days are very “normal”, getting bullied by my classmates are a norm nowadays. Somehow they even managed to get me drunk in my own home. These days I am the targeted guy for endless jokes and insults.

By the way, do you all know why American schools always have some kinda homicidal killings?

It is because they have people like my classmates! (Juz Kidding!)

There are tons of homework and working four days a week is taking a toll on my studies. I barely had time for myself and any reflections at all. Being able to laugh about everything at the end of the day is my greatest relieve.

Seriously I think I lost my confident. I was so sure about being able to accomplish things. I guess my mojo is long gone. And the only way to get it back could require me to enlist into specialist training again. *Sigh*

I would like to thank my secondary school friends. No matter what they are always there for me. No matter how low and sad I am. Seeing them just make my day. Thank you guys I hope to see you this Saturday at Elaine’s house.

There is something missing in my life, I can feel it. So does Jianwen. Both of us longs for the same thingy which can quite difficult to describe. The best way to describe it would be to quote Yan Yu, I don’t remember the exact words and it goes something like this:
